I would assume that those of you in the UK need no introduction, but from the number of searches in the US for "what are coddled eggs?" I thought it'd be a very worthwhile post, especially since it's one of my favorite ways to have eggs.

Eating comfort food that isn't calorific, but is healthy isn't difficult. For example, this old Italian cabbage and rice dish hits the mark. Top with some grated Parmigiano Reggiano and it's like a great big hug!
